You may return new, unsoiled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Sorry, if it's covered in cat hair and smells like cigarettes, we really can't take it back, even if you promise you never wore it.) We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Once we recieve the item and make sure it is free of pet odors, a refund will be issued.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Then cover your head in tinfoil until our email arrives notifying you that we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note that payments made with bartered livestock may not be refunded with the identical livestock you shipped to us. We will, however, take care to match the quality and market value of the initial payment.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rate for some items is weight-based. The weight of an item might be displayed on its detail page. Then again, it might not. Just trust us.
